The Action Learning Leadership Support Programme (ALS) combines 1:1 coaching/support, synchronous professional learning experiences across schools, and ongoing student and teacher surveys to provide participating schools with rich, empirical data for informing implementation practices and internal reflection. The principal audience of the study will be the individual school leadership adopting and implementing 1:1 iPads or MacBooks through Singapore’s Personalized Digital Learning Plan.
